Vlazira Moshiah, formerly Wilhelm von Kaiser, is the lost and forgotten brother of Ferdinand von Kaiser and Ilsa von Kaiser, and the eldest son of Emperor Arnfried von Kaiser. He was the crown prince of Das Skullzer Reich and former heir to the throne, until his sanity began degrading. Wilhelm became obsessed with his ambitions as a prince to the point of fashioning the Earth Salvation Plan, an apocalyptic doomsday plan which would allow him to destroy the world and remake it in DSR's own image, ascending it as a new totalitarian one-world government. To that end, Arnfried sought it to be genocide and denied the prince's ideal. Wilhelm raged in anger and nearly attacked his own father. As a consequence, the Crown Prince was permanently banished and was told never to return to DSR or Equestria again. Wilhelm afterwards was removed in line of succession and replaced by his brother, Iron Skull.

With a feeling of vengeance, Wilhelm sold his soul to the devil and became an alicorn with pure evil in his heart, now as black as a black hole. He renamed himself Vlazira, and waited for the opportunity to reclaim honor in the empire and his right to be the rightful ruler of Das Skullzer Reich. Vlazira was somehow responsible for Iron Skull's death, since he sent a black panther to slay Iron Skull with a special poison that would only take effect a few days after. After his sister, Germania, became the new leader of DSR, Vlazira immediately acted and attacked Das Skullzer Reich with his new evil army. He overthrew his own sister and put her to exile. Then, Vlazira became the new ruler of DSR, and renamed the empire the Messianische Reich (the Messianic Empire). One day, Vlazira might carry out the Earth Salvation Plan to destroy the planet and rebuild it in his empire's image as its totalitarian one-world government and his own image as its Messiah.
